my collaboration fell apart almost completely. but i still had a pretty good time in cambridge. the show seemed very successful. although i have to admit that it still baffles me how much work, time, and energy was invested for so little financial remuneration. i was really reenergized by the company of other artists. it made me remember the reasons i was attracted to that type of work in the first place.

there was not enough music. i frosted a cake. i got very drunk on lemon-flavored vodka. i read an entire book. i ate nothing but sandwiches. also, i lovelovelove taking the train.

i've started dating someone new. i'm not very good at dating, i don't really know how. but he is really interesting and smart and fun. very diverting after the emotional moonscape of the last romantic entanglement.

cambridge has some totally awesome record stores.
