am i completely off-base here, or is it just too goddamn motherf*cking cold in new york city? my sidewalk has been frozen solid for the last two weeks.

i really wish i could hole up in my apartment. which is warm and toasty. if verizon would just provide me with phone service, i could surf the internet from home and wouldn't have to clog the coffee shops of williamsburg. even the cafe i'm sitting in today is pretty chilly.

it's possible that i'm just hungry. or overcaffeinated. soon i will get a brand new bed.
